Ayurveda, an ancient system of medicine, is a traditional system of medicine that originated in India over 5000 years ago.
It is considered one of the oldest medical systems in the world and is still widely practised today. Ayurveda is based on the belief that health and wellness depend on a delicate balance between the mind, body, and spirit. It focuses on the individual as a whole and seeks to address the root cause of disease rather than treating just the symptoms. Ayurveda incorporates various techniques such as herbal medicine, massage, meditation, and dietary changes to promote overall health and well-being.
