Placement Process

MPGI Placement Cell starts the Placement season by 100% focus on prepping the students about the expectations from the Industry so as they can take on the opportunities in the right manner.

We have a strong liaison with our Placement Partners in the corporate sector and as the placement season approaches, they themself start getting in touch with us. We have had the honor of hosting very reputed companies that have conducted campus recruitment in our college and every year we ensure we have new organisations and much bigger names to come for campus recruitment.

Placement Process
 
  • 1 Communication between Placement Cell and Placement Partner regarding the current Placement season.
  • 2 JDs are exchanged by the Placement Partner and the same is circulated among the students. A link is created for the registration of interested candidates which provides the database to be shared with the Placement Partner.
  • 3 The Placement Partner shares the dates when they would want to have the selection procedure and the event is coordinated by the Placement Cell. The Placement Partner also shares their selection procedure and the same is shared with the students.
  • 4 The Placement Partner comes on our Mandhana Campus and gives the Pre-Placement Talk which is for the students to get to know them well and to clarify any queries they might have.
  • 5 The selection process is done entirely by the organisations with constant coordination with the Placement Cell. The selection process generally has a technical round of tests, a technical interview and a non technical interview.
  • 6 The LOI (Letter of Intent) or Offer letter is shared by the Placement Partner with the selected students at the end of the selection process.
  • 7 The Placement Cell coordinates with the Placement Partner regarding all the formalities and provides all the guidance to the student till they join the organisation.

Each student is allowed to face the selection procedure till receiving the letter of intent from one Placement Partner. This is strictly followed to ensure that all the students are exhibited to the placement opportunity equally.

We also collect the feedback from the employer and our alumni students placed in the corporate. This enables us to evaluate the students through the employer and evaluate the employer through our students.
