Hiring Process

  • 1 The Resumes are shortlisted by the HR Team on account of institution’s requirement, experience of the candidate and the past employer details.
  • 2 The shortlisted candidates are called to the campus for a first round of interview to have an insight into the candidate’s culture fit with the institute. JD is shared and explained to the candidate.
  • 3 The Technical Head of the department takes the next round of interview to assess the candidate’s technical expertise on the subject matter. He/She can call for a council of academicians to make the assessment if required.
  • 4The final round of interview is with the Joint Secretary of the institute.
  • 5The selected candidates are called in to collect the Appointment letters from the HR Team.
