Hiring Process

1

The Resumes are shortlisted by the HR Team on account of institution’s requirement, experience of the candidate and the past employer details.

The shortlisted candidates are called to the campus for a first round of interview to have an insight into the candidate’s culture fit with the institute. JD is shared and explained to the candidate.

The Technical Head of the department takes the next round of interview to assess the candidate’s technical expertise on the subject matter. He/She can call for a council of academicians to make the assessment if required.

The final round of interview is with the Joint Secretary of the institute.

The selected candidates are called in to collect the Appointment letters from the HR Team.
