This special orientation session aims to introduce students to the Toastmasters platform, a global movement dedicated to developing communication, leadership, and public speaking skills. The purpose of this program is to help students overcome stage fear, learn the art of effective expression, and build confidence in presenting their ideas.
Through interactive activities, demonstrations, and motivational insights, participants will experience how Toastmasters nurtures teamwork, critical thinking, and self-improvement. This orientation will serve as the first step for students to explore a structured pathway of personal growth, transforming them into articulate communicators and inspiring leaders.

The Department of Computer Applications proudly organized PythonMania 3.0, an exciting two-day event exclusively for BCA students, aimed at enhancing their coding, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Day 1 – MCQ Challenge
The first day featured a Computer Applications MCQ Test covering topics such as programming fundamentals, data structures, algorithms, databases, networking, and emerging technologies. This round tested participants’ theoretical knowledge, speed, and accuracy in understanding core computing concepts.
Day 2 – Coding Challenge on HackerRank
The second day brought an adrenaline rush with problem-solving questions hosted on HackerRank, where students were challenged to write efficient code, debug errors, and develop logical solutions under time constraints. This platform allowed them to experience real-world competitive programming and improve their coding proficiency.
The event witnessed enthusiastic participation, healthy competition, and remarkable performances from students. PythonMania 3.0 successfully inspired participants to embrace continuous learning and to prepare for the challenges of the IT industry.

With hearts full of pride and spirits soaring high, our campus came alive on 15th August, 2025 at Pratap Path as we celebrated the 79th Independence Day of our nation.
The event was gracefully hosted by Mr. Mayank Shukla, HOD, Department of Computer Application, who set the tone with his warm words and patriotic zeal.
The faculty, staff and students of MPGI got together on the morning of 15th August to celebrate Independence Day.
Pratap path was decorated in the colours of Tiranga and everyone wore the tricolour with pride on their faces.
The celebration witnessed:
Energetic group dances that echoed the vibrancy of India’s culture.
Inspiring speeches that reminded us of the sacrifices of our freedom fighters.
Patriotic acts that rekindled the spirit of unity and love for the motherland.
The tricolour fluttered high as students, faculty, and staff joined together to honor the nation’s glorious journey of freedom.

The session proved to be highly enriching for our students from Business Studies and Computer Applications, providing them with valuable insights into leadership, teamwork, communication, and opportunities in international projects.
Mr. Ogura shared deep insights into the importance of communication in the global world, bringing alive his talk with real-life stories and examples from Japan.
Mr. Sheoram giving students a practical understanding of leadership roles in global projects.
Together, both speakers emphasized the importance of integration of cultures, and guided students on how to get involved in international projects, work effectively, and survive in the global environment.
It was truly a unique platform for global exposure, where students got the opportunity to interact and learn directly from international industry leaders.

Day one of Orientation Program
Description of the Event – The first day of Deeksharambh 2025 commenced with a warm Welcome Address by our respected Director Ma’am, followed by greetings from the Heads of Departments. Students were then introduced to the campus facilities, academic environment, and student support services.
Special sessions were conducted by the Placement Cell, highlighting career opportunities and industry connections, and the Accounts Department, guiding students about scholarships and fee-related procedures. The day concluded with fun ice-breaking activities, ensuring active participation and creating a positive start to the academic journey of our new batch.
Day 2: Guest Talks on Communication & Leadership
On the second day of Deeksharambh 2025, students attended two highly insightful guest lectures. The first session was delivered by Dr. Nita Dave Jain, who spoke on the Importance of Communication Skills for personal and professional success. This was followed by an engaging talk by Dr. Garima Williams on Personality Development and Leadership, emphasizing the qualities required to excel as future leaders.
The sessions enriched the students’ learning experience and inspired them to work on their communication, confidence, and leadership abilities.

Day 3: Yoga, Meditation & Alumni Interaction
The third day of Deeksharambh 2025 began with a refreshing session of Yoga and Meditation, promoting physical wellness, mindfulness, and stress management among students. Post this, the program featured a highly interactive Alumni “Senior-to-Junior” Talk, where alumni shared their experiences, career journeys, and valuable advice for the new batch.
The interaction created an inspiring bridge between current students and alumni, fostering motivation, guidance, and a strong sense of belonging.

Day 4: Interactive Movie Session, Games & Stand-up Comedy
The fourth day of Deeksharambh 2025 was filled with creativity, fun, and entertainment. The day began with an interactive movie session on The Pursuit of Happyness, where students discussed key life lessons of perseverance, determination, and hope.
This was followed by fun-filled games and ice-breaking activities, encouraging teamwork and bonding among the new students. The highlight of the evening was a stand-up comedy act by Arisha, which brought joy, laughter, and a refreshing close to the day’s schedule.

Day 5: MOU Signing & Student Engagement Activities
The fifth day of Deeksharambh 2025 marked a significant milestone with the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Parivartan Kanpur Forum, aimed at fostering collaboration and student development initiatives.
Following this, students participated in fun and interactive sessions, which encouraged creativity, active involvement, and strengthened the bond among peers. The day highlighted both academic partnerships and student engagement, making it a memorable part of the orientation journey.
